About JAY CIN FITNESS
Work one-on-one or in semi-private groups with an expert trainer to reach your desired goals, both performance & aesthetics-wise. Your coach will build a custom blueprint to hit your goals while keeping a close eye on your progress
Join an encouraging and uplifting environment of like-minded individuals (typically 5-20 members per class). HIIT Training, Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells, and Functional Movement-Based Training are just a few of the formats offered.
Healthy nutrition plans based on the foods you enjoy. We teach you how to balance healthy foods with everyday life so you don’t put weight back on after your “diet” is over. Whether you struggle with portion control, meal planning, or sustainable habits, we’ll get you right.

I joined Jay's program a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. It has been one of the best experiences I've had with any gym or exercise program. I'm not a morning person but I actually look forward to joining his 7am group a few times a week (as hard to believe as it is!). Jay's engaging manner and endearing personality makes this morning routine bearable and (almost) fun. His knowledge and experience as a fitness coach are vast; his ability to design training regimen and guide exercise to accommodate tear and injury issues is superb. He does it while keeping workouts interesting and engaging. The program benefits from assistant coaches working along Jay. Sam is constantly available, helps keep an eye on proper form and is always ready to provide on point advice.
I've been working out with Jay for over 5 months and I can't say enough great things about him. Was a little surprised when I met him - doesn't look like your typical trainer. He's phenomenally smart about health & fitness. He's been a terrific coach for me, I'm down about 25 lbs and have regained much of the muscle tone that I'd lost over the years. He's a total professional in the gym - doesn't waste a minute. Jay has an incredible inventory of equipment and does individual and group training classes. I'd recommend him for anyone who wants to get in shape - even if you have some injuries and weak areas like me. I feel amazing and plan on continuing to work out with him for a long time!
I've been working out at Jay Cin Fitness for about 3 yrs now. I have seen more results in this short amount of time than I have in my many years of working out elsewhere. Jay has helped me transform myself to become so much more confident in and out of the gym. As an athlete, who has struggled with an eating disorder I would be hesitant to listen to hunger cues. Since going to Jay I have absolutely fell in love with strength training, I properly feed myself, and I can genuinely say I have never physically and mentally felt so amazing. I am so grateful I have the opportunity to go to Jay everyday, it’s a family atmosphere, and has helped me truly feel comfortable in my own skin. To Be Honest – That Depends. Memberships at Jay Cin Fitness vary depending on the individual, how much help they want from us, and fast they want to go. Our transformation programs can include group training, individual training, nutrition plans, open gym, accountability coaching, customized programming, and more! Once we determine the ideal program based on your goals and timeframes, we can get a better idea from there.
Not at all. Our gym is designed for beginners to advanced, and we’re with you every step of the journey!
Absolutely not! The length of your membership is based on your goals, where you’re at now, and how much effort you’re looking to put in. 12 memberships and long-term “lock-in” periods are NOT what we do here. Our gym is all about our clients and their success! Thats it.
We got you. We understand getting started is the hardest part. We’ll take it one step at a time. Step 1, come in for a “no sweat intro” and have a chat with us. No working out, no sales pitch, we’re just going to talk about your goals, that’s it. If you’re excited about what we talk about, we’ll move on to Step 2. No pressure, we’re coaches, and we’re here to help.
